Parking info – Main Library’s attached garage, accessible from Library Park North, offers free parking for the first hour. GARAGE CLOSES at 9:15 p.m
RATES: 0-1 Hours: Free, 1-2 Hours: $.50, 2-3 Hours: $1, 3-4 Hours: $2
